Graphic House Privacy Statement
This statement applies to the provision of printing, design, internet (including any web sites owned and operated) and any other ancillary services provided by Whitsunday Graphic House.
It explains the type of information which we collect, what that information is used for and to whom we may disclose this information.
To ensure our clients privacy, we monitor our compliance with both privacy obligations imposed by law and those that we assume voluntarily.
Data Collection of any personal information, which we collect and store about our clients, is treated in the strictest confidence.
This information includes:
- name, your address and telephone number/s
- business details, such as company name, ACN and the like
- your credit card details
- your payment history
- additional explanatory notations, including any written or printed
- authorization/s, request/s, advice and the like web usage data, such as Click stream data, HTTP protocol elements and search terms
We collect information in various ways, including:
- directly from our clients, whether over the phone, in person or through their requests for printed matter or artwork preparation, or other requests via fax, post, email or online
- from other parties, such as the client’s representatives
- our own existing records
- from our Web site
Disclosure
The General Manager may divulge information about our clients to third party organisations. These include:
- our legal representatives
- our accountants
- a debt recovery agent
No WGH staff may is permitted to divulge information about any client.
We do not market or sell client details to any organisation/s.
Access
Internal access to data is monitored and available only to staff who need it in performance of their duties.
Security
Whitsunday Graphic House takes reasonable steps to reduce the risk of loss, misuse and unauthorized access to or alteration of client personal information under its control.
Disposal
Information no longer needed is deleted and paper documents are shredded.
